I usually find car shopping a rather daunting process. I like to take my time and do my homework. I am so turned off by the “I’ll tell ya what I’m gonna do,” high pressure sales reps. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at Mazda. Blake was very personable, knowledgeable and so polite. He was not high pressure but answered questions and pointed out things I otherwise wouldn’t have thought of. He is the kind of sales rep that makes me want to return.

Couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience … well, maybe if they gave out free tacos in the customer lounge. But no, seriously, this place was great. Very competitive no-haggle pricing so you don’t have to waste your entire day bickering back and forth. They gave us a fair amount on our trade-in over the internet, sight unseen. I don’t even think they bothered to look in it before we were on our way home with our new ride! If you’re honest with them, they’ll be honest with you. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours, including a half hour or so of test driving. Big thanks to Sebastian for the great service!

They had a 10 year old Saab sitting up on the lift for $5895. It looked good so, I went over on a Saturday and checked the car out. It looked good, drove nice and the questions I had about condition were quickly put to rest with invoices of the repairs I worried about being completed. I was met by Sebastian the salesman and he informed me the car was $400 leas than advertised! The car is mine… until I get home and the check engine light ia on. I take it back and they take care of the issue and give me a loaner car. This was my first time in a fully loaded Volvo S60. They loaned me a 2013 for the 2007 Saab I just left behind? Okay. Wow… what a Car. Monday I get the Saab back and… 20 miles later the engine light is on again. It’s a 10 year old car there are risks purchasing an older car, I’m cool but… my trust in the car is gone. Huber’s Manager appologizes and promises to make it right. They tell me they will get this fixed and that they want me happy with them. I propose returning the Saab and for them to work with me to put me in the Volvo. Later that day, I signed for the Volvo and returned the Saab. I couldn’t be happier and I am impressed with the the Car and the Dealership. I will be back and will gladly work with any of the Huber family of Dealerships in the future.

I drove 4.5 hours two ways just to purchase my vehicle from them and if I had to do it again, I absolutely would!
I of course was skeptical my whole way there especially since my husband wasn’t able to go with me. I was nervous that with me being young and a female they would try to pull something last minute. Thankfully, that wasn’t my experience at all!
I worked with Mr. Stefon Lee and he was as kind and warm as can be. He was never pushy and didn’t try to change any of the figures that we had agreed upon via email. Once there, he answered all my questions, went through everything pertaining to the vehicle, and set all the safety features up for me.
Mazda of Fredericksburg gave me the best deal on the vehicle I purchased (2017 Mazda CX5 GT) as well as my trade-in. I passed several other Mazda dealerships, some whom I had attempted to work with, but no one was as up front or kind as they were. I never once was stressed out during this process and I greatly appreciate them for that.

This dealership was the only to have the specific trim of the car I was looking for (even though it wasn’t a Mercedes). When I arrived, Tyler and Adam greeted me and had the car ready to go for me. The price was very reasonable, and all of my financing and trade-in accommodations were better than the others. Tyler was a great sales rep, Adam was a great manager, and Elizabeth in the finance department was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I am a Maryland resident and they took that into consideration. They made sure that the car was available for me only during the designated time that I set to come see it. They also were able to take care of all of my taxes, tag, and title for Maryland which made things easier for me since it saved me a trip to the MVA. Even after I purchased the vehicle, they checked in to make sure everything was acceptable to pass MD state inspection. Any additional items that needed attention, they took care of the same day. In the past 3 years I’ve purchased 6 cars from Maryland and Virginia, and I will say that this dealership has been significantly better than any that I’ve ever had to deal with. Friendly staff! It was great that we were given a beautiful Volvo loaner car while ours was being fixed since our repair took many days and it was over a weekend. We didn’t want to give it up! It will definitely be our next car! Our insignia needed a replacement and they were willing to come to my home to fix the problem just so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. I mean, who does that anymore? They do. Luckily, the insignia came in and was promptly replaced. The only negative thing was that we had a repair on the steering wheel and the steering wheel got put back on just slightly crooked. When I took the car back I was told it wouldn’t affect the driving or alignment. They didn’t offer to fix it. I was a little bummed, but it doesn’t bother me too much. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back if/when needed.

Sir, I would like to take the opportunity to provide feedback on the recent service provided by Volvo Cars Fredericksburg on March 11th.
I drove in that morning looking to schedule the 50,000 mile service on a 2015.5 XC60. Instead, I ended up with a completed service, brake repair, loaner car and detail within 8 hours. Simply outstanding!
Although the whole team contributed, I would like to highlight the two people I dealt with. Charles handed everything with a professional attitude and a willingness to involve me throughout the process. Kirstan (I apologize for butchering her name but only was able to get a glimpse of her tag.) was proactive and responsive in getting the loaner car paperwork ready, explaining all the parameters of the loaner, and getting me checked out quickly but politely. Both looked and acted like true experts and professionals for the dealership.
I was also able to observe how the staff talked to each other to make sure there were no hiccups on this visit. And, there were none–the vehicle looks and drives like one that was driven off the lot.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Drove 3 hours for this dealer. Very friendly and proffesinal staff. Guys and gals, I just read some of the reviews and this is under new ownership under a Mr, Huber. Although they have a set price (non negotiable) they will price match (per their advertisement in store) any other dealer for the exact same car or suv.
We had the best buying experience, on a Sunday of all things, Jan 29 2017. They are smart to be open on a Sunday, when so many dealerships are not.
They were so nice, laid back and have music to sooth you, vs just hearing others talking around you, etc.
My hubby loves his 2016 Mazda SUV sooooooooooo much!

I went through huber for repairs to my car after an accident, and I was so pleased with the result. The insurance estimated it would take 2-3 days and it actually took 7 due to a holiday. At first I was irritated by this but once I got my car back and saw the quality of work I couldn’t complain. A couple of years ago, I bought a bright-yellow 2000 VW Bug for my daughter from a friend of mine. Needless to say, I had to bring this car to the shop a number of times. Last night, the car broke for the last time (blown cylinder) and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to both Bruce Desimini & Pam Sanders before I left the VW family. Whenever a repair involved more than a day, Bruce (and Pam, when Bruce wasn’t available) was great in ensuring that we were provided a loaner-car until the repair was complete. I also appreciated the straight-talk that Bruce always provided me, when explaining what was wrong with my daughter’s car, and what needed to be done to fix it. VW is very fortunate to have such dedicated individuals as Pam & Bruce! I was sad to see that Bruce had recently been re-assigned to the Mazda-side of this dealership. I hope that this was not some sort of demotion, as Bruce’s Customer Service skills while working with VW was exemplary! If anything, Bruce should receive a promotion, vice a demotion. You have to treat your good employees well, otherwise one day you might find them gone! Take care, Bruce & Pam! I hope this dealership is treating you both right! If not, with customer service skills you both have, I’m sure that there are other dealerships who would LOVE to employ either/both of you!
